Our method
Before starting your training, the mind2body® team suggests that you come in for an initial consultation which will give us insight into your expectations, help us define your real needs and adapt the training to your time and other constraints.
The first step: determine your current physical condition
The first consultation session of approximately one hour will enable us to assess your actual physical condition by means of a targeted health checkup, using biometric measurements (height, weight, % of fat, waist/hip ratio, BMI, basal metabolism and postural tests).
The results of this customized test will help us set up a program, assorted with advice provided by your personal trainer, which is tailored to your objectives, and enable us to assess the cost in relation to the duration of the training contract.
