Competition preparation
Intended for sportsmen/women who want to increase their performance capabilities, the program will be adapted to particular sports and more precise objectives will be set.
Training will focus on acts, movements or types of energy chains required for particular sports, resulting in targeted and specific physical preparation.
Interval and fractional methods will be used in cardio training and a wide range of methods will be used in body-building training.
The goal is to approximate competition conditions as much as possible.
