Initiating your child to fitness training
The physical and sports activities suggested by mind2body® Teens foster spatial awareness and development of the senses.
Introducing children to sports promotes a healthier lifestyle and guarantees a harmonious development (mobility and posture).
The exercises and games suggested by mind2body® Teens simply try to help children develop a sense of satisfaction and well-being by means of entertaining and fun programs with priority being given to three elements: enjoyment, comfort and safety.
