Stretching

Stretching is an ideal de-stressing technique. It aims at increasing muscular elasticity which leads to increased mobility and at the same time heightens relaxation.

All muscles should be stretched but this especially applies to the main axes, which include the spinal column muscles, the ischiotibial muscles (back of the thighs), the adductor muscles (inner thigh muscles), the iliopsoas muscle and the shoulder girdle muscles (arm/shoulder axis).
