Training independently
Starting a training program at a fitness club without help from an experienced trainer is unrealistic, because it may result in a stop-and-go progress, or even a stagnating development, leading to flagging motivation and, often, to giving up on training altogether.
This is why mind2body® Freelance was designed. This program is for anyone who wishes to build on previous (beginner or advanced) training efforts independently. It is based on a customized training plan, put together on the basis of biometric and biomechanical testing, consisting in one or several personal training sessions (depending on the training frequency planned per week) and allowing you to pursue your own training rhythm until the next intermediary test.
